Scope · Geography
You can plan from anywhere. The tours themselves start in the desert.
Two horizons
A Where you can book
Online, Australia-wide and internationally
B Where the tours run
Northern Territory: Uluru and the Red Centre
Our service reaches further than the tours do.
2 Day Uluru Tour is an Australian-based travel business in Alice Springs. Our online booking service is open to travellers right across Australia and overseas, so you can discover and compare tours from home in Melbourne, Perth or Singapore.
The featured two-day experiences, though, are not spread around the country. They run in the Northern Territory, around Uluru and the wider Red Centre. That’s where you’ll need to be when your tour begins.
We’re a discovery and booking platform. Independent Australian tour operators run the tours, and each operator sets its own departure arrangements, itinerary and inclusions. You can read more in How Booking Works.
Region
01
This is the region our featured tours focus on. Depending on the operator and itinerary, a two-day package may include guided sightseeing at Uluru and a visit to Kata Tjuta. Our destination guide gives a traveller’s introduction to the landscape, written as a helpful planning read rather than an official or cultural source.
Departure points differ between operators.
The Red Centre is a long way from most Australian cities, and two days goes quickly. Before you choose a tour, check where it begins and ends, and work out how you’ll get there.
Flights to or from the Northern Territory and accommodation before or after the tour may not be included, so plan those around the operator’s arrangements. Our distances and departure points guide walks through what to think about.
01 Confirm the tour’s departure and return location on its page.
02 Check whether it runs year-round or only in some seasons.
03 See what’s included and what varies, including the overnight stay.
04 Read the booking information and disclaimers.
