Booking info
Good to know before you check availability.
We help you discover, compare and book carefully selected two-day Uluru tours. The tours are run by independent Australian tour operators. This page sets out what that means for your booking, so there are no surprises later.
Our role
We’re a tour discovery and booking platform, not the tour operator.
2 Day Uluru Tour is an Australian-based travel business. Our job is to bring carefully selected two-day Uluru tours and Red Centre experiences together in one place, explain them clearly and help you book. The guiding, transport, accommodation and day-to-day running of each tour are handled by the independent operator you book with.
Unless a tour listing clearly says otherwise, please don’t assume that we personally provide tour guiding, transport, accommodation, private transfers, flights, travel insurance or customised travel arrangements. If you’d like to see how the steps fit together, read How Booking Works.
Eight things to know
Every tour is a little different, and the outback has its own say in how a day goes.
01
Each experience listed with us is delivered by an independent Australian tour operator. The operator is responsible for running the tour and sets its own booking conditions.
02
Tours last two days, usually with one overnight stay where the itinerary says so. Beyond that, the route, sightseeing, meals and accommodation depend on the operator and itinerary. Some packages may include guided sightseeing at Uluru and visits to Kata Tjuta. See What’s Included and What Varies.
03
Some tours run throughout the year and others only in certain seasons, depending on the operator, weather conditions and departure schedules. Departure points also differ between operators. Our planning guide to distances and departure points explains why this matters.
04
Desert weather can change plans. Clear skies, sunrise views or sunset colour can’t be promised, and an operator may adjust timings or activities on the day for conditions or safety.
05
We don’t offer a general satisfaction or sightseeing guarantee, and wildlife sightings can’t be promised. Access to particular sites can also change, so check the itinerary close to your travel date.
06
The final price can depend on the operator, travel dates, season, accommodation type, passenger category, group size, included meals, national park fees and optional upgrades. Read more in What Affects Tour Prices.
07
Itinerary changes, cancellations and refund eligibility follow the booking conditions of the tour you choose. Please read those conditions before you book, along with our Terms of Use and Booking Terms.
08
Flights to or from the Northern Territory and accommodation before or after the tour may not be included. Travel insurance is also something to arrange yourself unless a listing clearly says otherwise.
